For the base, I used Pretty & Polished House of Brick (you can find it here on Etsy) and topped it off with OPI Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine!
I think this looks a tad easier than it is - you need a steady hand to get the ruffian effect!
You can see I kind of made my pinky finger a bit wider than the others.
I think this is a cool manicure. Maybe not too valentiney - but hey, I used pink!
It totally is harder than it looks! Mine always look a little wonky up close. Yours look great though!
